Good deal on an open box

I was looking for a new scooter but didn't want to pay full price. I found Apollo Scooters and saw they had an open box Apollo Ghost for a good chunk off. Always a smooth process

Got my Apollo Air quick

So, my old scooter finally kicked the bucket, and I needed a new one for commuting. A friend suggested Apollo Scooters. I looked at the Apollo Air, seemed like a good fit for city riding. Placed the order, and it showed up at my door in about 4 days, which was faster than I thought it would be. Assembly was pretty straightforward, just had to attach the handlebars and check the tires. Been riding it to work all week, and it's been pretty smooth. Happy with how it turned out.

Yeah, they do student discounts. I had to verify my student email but it worked for me. Saved a decent chunk.

They have both, student and military. I used the first responder one which is similar. You usually have to go through a verification process on their site to get the unique code, then just punch it in at checkout.

Returns were pretty straightforward for me, just make sure you check their exact policy on how many miles you can put on it. I returned a charger once, no issues.

I think you get like 10 days or 10km (or 6 miles) to decide, whichever comes first. If it's still new-ish they're usually good about it. Just contact support first to get the process started.

Anyone compared the Apollo City to a Segway Ninebot Max? Trying to decide which one to go with for my daily commute.

Definitely the Apollo City. More power, way better suspension. The Ninebot is fine for super smooth paths but the City handles bumps way better.

I had a Ninebot before my Apollo Ghost and the ride quality on Apollo is just so much smoother. If you're commuting daily and hit any kind of rough pavement, it's a no-brainer for the Apollo lineup.

I think for the City Pro they ship from their US warehouse, so it's usually pretty quick, like 5-7 business days for most of the East Coast in my experience.
